1.6 Input Devices (इनपुट डिवाइस)

In Computer, an input device is a piece of computer hardware equipment used to provide data and control signals to an information processing system such as a computer or information appliance.
कंप्यूटर में, एक इनपुट डिवाइस कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर उपकरण है जिसका उपयोग सूचना प्रोसेसिंग सिस्टम जैसे कंप्यूटर या सूचना उपकरण के लिए डेटा और नियंत्रण सिग्नल प्रदान करने के लिए किया जाता है।
Examples of input devices include keyboards, mouse, scanners, digital cameras, joysticks, and microphones.
इनपुट उपकरणों के उदाहरणों में कीबोर्ड, माउस, स्कैनर, डिजिटल कैमरा, जॉयस्टिक और माइक्रोफोन शामिल हैं।


Keyboard	The keyboard looks like a typewriter; kind of Input device.	कीबोर्ड एक टाइपराइटर जैसा दिखता है।
Mouse	It is a kind of Input device that is used to control the Computer.	यह एक डिवाइस है जिसका उपयोग कंप्यूटर को नियंत्रित करने के लिए किया जाता है।
Scanner	Scanners are used to enter information directly into the computer’s memory. This device works like a Xerox machine.	स्कैनर का उपयोग कंप्यूटर मेमोरी में सीधे सूचना एंटर करने के लिए किया जाता है। यह डिवाइस जेरॉक्स मशीन की तरह काम करता है।
Track Ball	Track ball is similar to the upside-down design of the mouse. The user moves the ball directly, while the device itself remains stationary.	ट्रैक बॉल माउस के उल्टे डिज़ाइन के समान है। यूज़र गेंद को सीधे स्थानांतरित करता है, जबकि डिवाइस स्वयं स्थिर रहता है।
Joystick	Joystick is a kind of input device used to give an input to the computer system. That is mostly used in Game applications.	जॉयस्टिक एक इनपुट डिवाइस होती है जो कंप्यूटर सिस्टम में इनपुट देने के लिए होती है। यह ज्यादातर गेम एप्लिकेशन में उपयोग किया जाता है।
Light Pen	This is an input device which is used to draw lines or figures on a computer screen. It’s touched to the CRT screen where it can detect raster on the screen as it passes.	यह एक तरह का इनपुट डिवाइस है जिसका उपयोग कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर लाइन्स या फिगर ड्रा करने के लिए होता है। यह CRT स्क्रीन को छूता है जहाँ यह स्क्रीन पर रास्टर को डिटेक्ट कर सकता है।
OCR	(Optical Character Reader): It’s an input device which detects alphanumeric characters printed or written on a paper.	यह एक तरह की इनपुट डिवाइस है जो किसी पेपर पर अंकित अल्फा न्यूमेरिक अक्षरों को पकड़ सकता है।
Microphone	It is a kind of Input device which is used to take sound as input. We connect it with the jack port of the computer system.	यह एक तरह का इनपुट डिवाइस है जिसका इस्तेमाल इनपुट के रूप में साउंड लेने के लिए किया जाता है। हम इसे कंप्यूटर सिस्टम के जैक पोर्ट से जोड़ते हैं।
Biometric Sensor	A device that converts the biometric trait of an individual into electrical signals using complex algorithms.	एक डिवाइस जो जटिल एल्गोरिदम का उपयोग करके किसी व्यक्ति की बायोमेट्रिक विशेषता को विद्युत संकेतों में परिवर्तित करता है।
Bar Code Reader	This device reads bar codes and converts them into electric pulses to be processed by a computer.	यह डिवाइस बार कोड को रीड करके इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पल्स में परिवर्तित करती है जो कंप्यूटर के द्वारा प्रोसेस होती है।
MICR	(Magnetic Ink Character Reader): Used to read magnetic characters from a page, like on a bank cheque.	इसका उपयोग पेज से मैग्नेटिक कैरेक्टर को रीड करने के लिए होता है, जैसे बैंक चेक पर।
Touch Screen	A touchscreen is both an input and output device.	टचस्क्रीन एक इनपुट और आउटपुट डिवाइस दोनों है।
Graphics Tablet	Also known as a digitizer; it enables a user to hand-draw images and graphics with a special pen-like stylus.	इसे डिजिटाइज़र भी कहा जाता है; यह उपयोगकर्ता को एक विशेष पेन जैसी स्टाइलस के साथ हाथ से चित्र और ग्राफिक्स बनाने में सक्षम बनाता है।
OMR	(Optical Mark Recognition): The process of capturing human-marked data from document forms such as surveys and tests.	सर्वे और परीक्षण जैसे डॉक्यूमेंट रूपों से मानव-चिह्नित डेटा को कैप्चर करने की प्रक्रिया है।
Web Camera	Webcam is a digital camera that’s connected to a computer. It can send live pictures to another location by means of the internet.	वेब कैमरा एक डिजिटल कैमरा है जो कंप्यूटर से जुड़ा होता है। यह इंटरनेट के माध्यम से किसी अन्य स्थान पर लाइव चित्र भेज सकता है।
