4.20 Macros (मैक्रो)

A Macro is an Action or a set of Actions that you can use to automate tasks. Macros are recorded in the visual basic for Applications programming language.

मैक्रो एक एक्शन या एक सेट है जिसका उपयोग आप कार्यों को स्वचालित करने के लिए कर सकते हैं। एप्लिकेशन प्रोग्रामिंग लैंग्वेज के लिए विजुअल बेसिक में मैक्रो रिकॉर्ड किए जाते हैं।

4.20.1 Recording of Macro (मैक्रो की रिकॉर्डिंग)

• Suppose you want to perform a recording of formatting.
• Select any cell in which you want to apply a formatting.
• Go to View tab -> Select Macro -> Record Macro.
• Record Macro dialog box will appear on your screen. Enter Macro name as Formatting and Press shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Z & click on ok button.
• Recording will be start on Excel screen. Apply some formatting like change the font size, font color, Bold, Italic and under line etc. To stop recording, Go to status bar & Click on stop square shape recording button.

4.20.2 Run a Macro (मैक्रो रन करना)

You can always run a macro by going view tab -> select Macro -> Macros. Type Macro Name & Click on Run button. You may also be able to run it by pressing a CTRL combination shortcut key. In the above you already assign the shortcut for Recording a Macro is Ctrl+Shift+Z.

आप view tab -> Macro -> Macros पर जाकर कभी भी मैक्रो चला सकते हैं। मैक्रो नाम टाइप करें और रन बटन पर क्लिक करें। आप CTRL संयोजन से शॉर्टकट कुंजी दबाकर भी इसे चलाने में सक्षम हो सकते हैं। उपरोक्त में आप पहले से ही एक मैक्रो रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए शॉर्टकट Ctrl+Shift+Z असाइन कर चुके हैं।
